Pectoral in the form of the fire god, Xiuhtecuhtli, represented as a bearded figure with an elaborate headdress. The greatest traditions of craftmanship in Ancient Mexico were among the Mixtecs who supplied the Aztecs with much of their jewellery. National Museum of Anthropology, Mexico City.
