I like this website however some of the things said sound far fetched. I believe that natural disasters destroyed their “old worlds” and the signs in the calendar such as ehecatl and the ocelotl etc represent those occurrences such as wind storms(ehecatl) and earthquakes (jaguar being an earth beast).
