Small round disc

Jean Vezzosi writes: ‘Can you help me identify the attached mexican artifact? My grandfather was a lifelong collector of antiquities and meteorites. He gave it to me 30 years ago. He marked it mexico. I assume that is where he got it. Appears to be made out of some soft stone as opposed to clay.’
