Fish shaped flute

Rosie Wilhelm writes: ‘I recently purchased a flute which I was told is precolumbian but not sure to which culture it may belong. Could you assist me in identifying it? It measures 23.81cm. Smells of very musky dirt but sounds incredible. Any information given would be greatly appreciated.’
